About This Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Administration Coordinator to join our Team.
A degree in administration is required to apply. Extensive experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho apps, Google Suites and Gemini are expected.
Persons with lived experience in neurodiversity are welcome and invited. Neurodiversity can mean an undiagnosed condition, autism, ADHD, LD, ID, mental health concerns, medical complexity (like Diabetes or being dependent on technology to breathe) or other common or rare disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain the PIVOT Community online administration;
- Manage Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects and other Zoho apps;
- Manage Google Suites;
- Generate texts, newsletters using Gemini;
- Work closely with the Team to support programs and events;
- Track and report progress to the Directors of the Board for efficient administration.
Preference will be given to applicants with a solid reputation in Canada and strong track record in administration within Canada.
Time Commitment: 3-5 hours per week
The Administration Coordinator executes administrative tasks and plans actionable deliverables. They also meet with Team members on Committees like the Events Committee, Family Solutions Committee and Directors of the Board. Meetings are held online weekly, every other month or quarterly, depending on the Committee.
