About This Opportunity
This volunteer opportunity enables you to share your expertise with participants and contribute in extremely high-impact ways to the growth and development of our clients' lives. As a volunteer in these transformational programs, you will facilitate online workshops on topics such as Job Search Navigating, Communication Skills, Building Your Confidence, Goal Settings, Mental Health and other life skills. You will be provided with a PowerPoint presentation, and our dedicated team is on hand to help you prepare for your sessions and provide background on participants.
You will be expected to lead interactive discussions, based on the questions supplied or developed. A staff member will be on hand during your workshop to provide technical as well as other support. Session timing is coordinated with Ve’ahavta. Workshops are typically 1–2.5 hours long and are scheduled in the mornings and afternoons. You can sign up to facilitate as many or as few workshops as you prefer.
