Healthy Aligned Living (HAL) is a registered Canadian charity dedicated to empowering at-risk youth, young adults, and families through education, mentorship, mental wellness, and community support.
We are seeking a motivated and creative Volunteer LinkedIn Social Media Manager to manage and grow our organization's professional presence on LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and regularly update HAL's LinkedIn business page.
Create and publish professional, engaging posts highlighting our programs, events, partnerships, and community impact.
Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and organizational visibility.
Connect with nonprofits, businesses, community leaders, potential sponsors, and professional networks.
Promote volunteer opportunities, fundraising initiatives, and organizational achievements.
Collaborate with HAL's marketing and communications volunteers to maintain consistent messaging.
Monitor LinkedIn engagement and provide recommendations for improving our reach.
Identify opportunities to strengthen HAL's professional relationships and partnerships.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience managing LinkedIn business pages or professional social media accounts.
Strong written communication, content creation, and networking skills.
Understanding of LinkedIn's professional audience and engagement strategies.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and communicate effectively with our team.
Experience in nonprofit communications, digital marketing, or public relations is an asset.
Familiarity with Canva or other content creation tools is beneficial.
