About This Opportunity
Our products are good. Our story is strong. But our packaging, messaging, and in-person presence haven’t fully caught up and we know it. We’re looking for an experienced Brand Strategist to spend 2–3 months with us helping bring more clarity, consistency, and confidence to how we show up.
We are looking for someone who can look at what we have, ask the right questions, and give us honest, practical direction—whether that’s packaging feedback, a simple brand voice guide, market booth recommendations, or prioritized next steps we can act on.
At the end of the engagement, we’d love to invite you to continue with us as a Board Advisor contributing occasional strategic input as we grow.
What You'd Focus On
The exact shape of this work is flexible, but likely includes:- Reviewing our current packaging and labels and offering clear, actionable feedback
- Helping define or sharpen our brand voice and messaging across channels
- Identifying the highest impact changes we can make with limited resources
- Leaving us with a simple reference, a one-pager, guide, or set of principles we can use going forward
What We're Looking For
- Solid background in brand strategy, consumer packaging, or marketing
- Ability to give direct, honest input to a small team that's ready to hear it
- Interest in purpose-driven work and social enterprise
- Comfortable working independently with light check-ins
