Board Members provide strategic leadership and governance to support the organization's mission, vision, and long-term sustainability. Directors act in the best interests of the organization by contributing their knowledge, experience, and professional expertise while ensuring sound governance, ethical decision-making, and responsible stewardship of organizational resources.
This is a volunteer governance position and is not involved in the day-to-day management of the organization.
