U-Turn Parkinson's aims to support Parkinson's patients in their quest for wellness. We are dedicated to helping them in a holistic way and regard health as an active process that helps people become aware of their options and make decisions that will lead to a more fulfilling life.
Our mission is to uplift, educate, and give people the resources they need to better their quality of life. We achieve this by providing a range of classes, such as singing, boxing, yoga, aerobics, support groups, and educational and special event opportunities. We are constantly seeking for fresh approaches to combat this disease.
Intellectual, occupational, spiritual, physical, social, and emotional wellness are the six areas we perceive as being most important. At U-Turn Parkinson's, our goal is to give Parkinson's patients the resources they need to seek wellness in each of these areas.
