Tutors meet with their student once or twice a week for 1 hour. There are opportunities to work with children in math, and/or reading in groups or one on one.
The Wellington County Learning Centre will provide all training and resources/materials needed for tutoring students.
We ask that volunteers commit to 6 weeks minimum. We accept adults and high school students as tutors.
Most of our teaching materials are game based, youth love our programs.
