The wait is over! The Toronto International BuskerFest is back this Labour Day weekend, from September 1st to 4th! Get ready to immerse yourself in the excitement as the major events of the season are back in full swing. We can't contain our enthusiasm, and we want YOU to be part of this incredible experience!

🎪 About the Festival: The Toronto International BuskerFest is one of the major festivals in the city, attracting street performers from around the globe to showcase their extraordinary talents. It's a four-day extravaganza filled with awe-inspiring street performances, mind-bending illusions, sensational music, and much more. Join comedians, escape artists, sword-swallowers, musicians, magicians, fire jugglers, acrobats, aerial artists, clowns and daredevils; over a hundred of the most extraordinary street performers from around the world, as they descend upon Woodbine Park for some serious fun, laughs, and entertainment! You can be part of the magic while also helping to raise much-needed funds and awareness for Epilepsy Toronto!

💜 Supporting Epilepsy: There are 1 in 100 people living with Epilepsy in our community. Meaning, if you have 300 friends on your social media, it is likely that 3 of those people are living with epilepsy, even if you are not aware of it. By volunteering, you can help make a difference.

🐾 NEW THIS YEAR - Bark In The Park: In addition to the mesmerizing street performances, we are excited to introduce Bark In The Park TO, a delightful dog festival that will take place alongside the BuskerFest. It's a fantastic opportunity for dog lovers to celebrate and enjoy the company of our furry friends. Dog vendors, pet activities, and lots of wagging tails await you!

🤝 Volunteering Opportunity: This year, we are looking for energetic, reliable individuals who are passionate about volunteering and helping others. There are many different roles to choose from, each with its own unique learning experiences. From hospitality and event management to sales and business, to technology and communications; volunteers are gaining important skills, and making reliable connections, all while having a blast. This is also a great way to get volunteer hours and make new friends in the community. At Epilepsy Toronto, volunteers are more than just a number. We take time to get to know you, support your interests, and appreciate everything you do for the charity. For those hard-working volunteers, we would be happy to be a reference for future employers, if needed.

There are lots of positions available to meet different interests and needs, so don't hesitate to sign up today!
