This role empowers students (teens) to play a visible, engaging role at Assiniboine Park & Zoo by joining as Teen Ambassadors or Camp Crew. As a Teen Ambassador, students aged 14-18 guide visitors, help with lineups, answer questions, and bring park and zoo experiences to life. The Camp Crew position gives student volunteers community service opportunities through supporting youth camps—helping with setup, clean up, leading recreational activities, and positive peer interactions. Both roles build communication skills, environmental awareness, and confidence in public spaces.
