Habitat for Humanity offers volunteers a chance to support homeownership efforts through ReStore volunteering (sorting, pricing, assisting customers) and construction assistant roles (renovation, painting, light carpentry). Participants help divert materials from landfill and support Habitat’s mission of affordable housing in northern Alberta.
Volunteering is open to individuals aged 16 and over (with supervision for younger volunteers), with safety orientation required before shift scheduling. The roles are flexible, and group volunteering or special event volunteering are also options.
