We are looking for reliable, friendly Volunteers to work in the following areas:

•  Reception and Greeting - greeting guests, taking tickets, and showing them to their tables

• Gate and Parking - greeting cars arriving at the event and directing them to the valet 

• Silent Auction - providing assistance to guests at the silent auction

• Merchandise Sales - selling Polo for Heart merchandise 

• On-site Fundraising - various activities such as collecting donations, and selling "split the pot" tickets

 Volunteer shifts are on the following days and times:

•  Thursday, July 9, 2026 - 5pm - 11pm

• Saturday, July 11, 2026 - 11am - 5pm 

• Sunday, July 12, 2025 - tbd

 No need to commit to all three days - sign up for one, two, or all three shifts!  Don't delay - please register today!
