Vancouver Pride Society (VPS) celebrates the 2SLGBTQ+ community by creating events that reflect the pride the community has. They also aim to improve the vibrancy, health and overall well-being of everyone who participates in their event.
Volunteers are being sought for the largest single-day event in British Columbia, the Pride Parade on Sunday August 9th. These volunteers play crucial roles in the successful execution of the Parade, including setting up, monitoring, and dismantling the Parade route, managing crowds and traffic, setting a consistent pace, carrying rainbow flags, and providing logistical support throughout the Parade.
