The Dr. Leonard A. Miller Centre is a rehabilitation facility located alongside the Caribou Memorial Veterans’ Pavilion, which serves as a residence for veterans from Newfoundland and Labrador.
Volunteer Roles:
Description: Assist occupational therapy staff and patients during classes and select patient activities.
Physiotherapy:
Description: Engage with physiotherapy staff and patients through participation in various activities, including patient classes.
Therapeutic Recreation:
Description: Aid in organizing and facilitating leisure and recreational activities such as community outings, musical events, movie nights, bingo, dancing, and seasonal events.
Music/Entertainment:
Description: Share your musical talents by providing entertainment to residents and patients.
