Mother Earth Ambassador Program - Outreach & Partnership Lead

The Mother Earth Ambassador Program is an experiential outdoor leadership program for girls aged 9–12, fostering confidence, leadership, and a deep connection to nature through storytelling, environmental science, and hands-on exploration. Now offered as a “program in a box,” it provides a ready-to-launch, structured model that’s accessible, affordable, and easy to implement, allowing women to bring this transformative experience to their communities.

As a Program Outreach & Partnership Lead, you will play a key role in expanding the program’s reach. Your responsibilities include:

• Identifying and connecting with individuals, schools, organizations, and businesses interested in running the program.
  
  
• Sharing the “program in a box” model as a way for women to start purpose-driven businesses or add meaningful offerings to existing organizations.
  
  
• Building and nurturing relationships to ensure the program finds the right homes and communities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outreach, relationship-building, and helping impactful programs grow. Your efforts will directly support girls in developing leadership skills, confidence, and a lifelong connection to the natural world, while helping women bring purpose-driven opportunities into their communities.

Who This Role Is Perfect For

• Retired or semi-retired professionals looking to use their skills in a meaningful way

Time commitment: Approximately 4–6 hours per week (flexible, largely self-directed, and can be done remotely).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Helping position the program as a values-aligned, purpose-driven “business in a box” opportunity
• Identifying and reaching out to aligned individuals, entrepreneurs, and organizations
• Supporting initial conversations with potential program hosts or partners
• Collaborating with the FWOCC team to expand the program’s reach in a thoughtful, integrity-driven way
