Volunteers are the lifeblood of the work we do at Big Brothers Big Sisters. All of our programs are dependent on like-minded people who are invested in making a difference, and we value each and every one of them. With multiple programs to choose from, finding the right fit for you, your goals and availability is easy. Volunteers need to be 18 years or older,
Community-based Mentors
In this program the volunteer mentor (Big) and mentee (Little) spend time together by participating in a variety of activities, such as riding bikes, reading, cooking, going to the park, eating ice cream!
Mentors and mentees are matched based on like interests, and things that both of you enjoy can start your match off on the right foot!
Volunteer Requirements
Whether you meet these requirements or not, we encourage you to share your interest in us. You may still be a fit for a different opportunity with our organization.
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record & insurance coverage
- Comfortable commuting to opportunity location
