The process of the Volunteer Membership Adviser position is to plan, coordinate, promote, and support activities and processes relating to the growth, registration, retention, and recognition of girl and adult Members.
* Represent Girl Guides at events.
* Promote a positive image of Girl Guides at public events.
* Familiarize yourself with Girl Guiding's' key messages and promote these in your external communications.
You don't need to have been involved in guiding before or have loads of time to make a big difference. Whatever your skills and interests, supporting behind the scenes, makes a difference.
Skills: Public Speaking/Presentation Skills, Written Communication, Verbal Communication, Project Management, Time Management.
Age: 19 and above, newcomer also appicable.
