About This Opportunity
Volunteer Driver
- Ideal for individuals as well as friends or family members to volunteer together in pairs
- Deliver hot and/or frozen meals one day a week Monday-Friday 10:30am-1:00pm to individuals who cannot prepare food themselves or bulk delivery to seniors’ community programs. Also provides a safety/wellness check for client.
- Maintain confidentiality of route sheets, report concerns to the supervisor regarding the well-being of the clients, attend in-service training as arranged by the site.
- Clients are primarily seniors.
- The need for drivers to deliver food is in Mississauga, South Etobicoke, and Oakville.

- Driver's License
- Willing to undergo a background or police records check
- Access to car
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record & insurance coverage
- Comfortable commuting to opportunity location
