Vancouver Region Educational Services (VRES) is looking for a Market Research Assistant Volunteer (Virtual) to help support marketing projects, research community outreach opportunities, and contribute to promotional efforts that increase awareness of our programs and services.

VRES is a not-for-profit organization that provides individuals in Vancouver Region and beyond with free and affordable educational resources in a safe and supportive environment that inspires personal growth.

Responsibilities:

• Support marketing strategies and campaigns for programs, events, and initiatives

• Conduct market research and analyze data to support decision-making

• Help create marketing materials and digital content

• Assist with outreach, promotion, and community engagement efforts

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 12

• Passionate about volunteering and open to learning new skills and software

• Interest in marketing, research, outreach, and community engagement

• Strong written communication and organizational skills

• Can commit to the shift schedule

Assets:

• Fluency/high proficiency in a language other than English

• Previous volunteer experience

• Experience with research, marketing, outreach, or promotional content

• Familiarity with spreadsheets, presentations, or digital communication tools
