York Region Educational Services (YRES) is dedicated to leading community volunteerism as a proud recipient of Canada's Volunteer Award, through providing a wide range of volunteer positions in communities in the Greater Vancouver Area, Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa, and Alberta. We are looking for a LEGO Fun Fair Assistant — someone devoted to giving back to their community, making an impact, and who loves socializing. 

The YRES LEGO Fun Fair Assistant is responsible for: 

- Prize box construction for LEGO Fun Fair booths 

- Arriving independently to the event on-time and in professional attire 

- Helping count, set-up and take down inventory items that were brought

- Being able to comfortably lift at least 20lbs boxes

- Being able to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment 

- Having great attention to detail and collaboration skills 

- Providing feedback on the event

3100 Steeles Ave E #605, Markham, ON L3R 8T3

Date & Time: 

Saturday, May 23, 9:00am-2:00pm

Shift: 9:00am-2:00pm

Who We're Looking For: 

✔ Minimum age: 12 

✔ Able to independently arrive to work on time 

✔ Passionate about volunteering and excited to learn 

✔ Can commit to scheduled time of the shift

✔ Fluency in English

✔ Highly organized, detail-orientated and capable of managing multiple tasks
