The North American Indigenous Games (NAIG) play a vital role in empowering Indigenous athletes to realize the immense possibilities within themselves physically, mentally, and spiritually as well as within their communities. These Games serve as a unifying platform where 756 Indigenous Nations will come together in Kjipuktuk (Halifax), Dartmouth, and Millbrook First Nation. NAIG 2023 is the 10th North American Indigenous Games, carrying forward the vision of organizing sporting events for the worlds Indigenous peoples.
