About This Opportunity

The **Backus-Page House Museum** offers various volunteer opportunities. Here are some positions you can consider: 1. **Special Events Committee**: Assist with event planning, such as the Heritage Farm Show. 2. **Historic Farming Interpreter**: Help interpret and animate the agricultural history. 3. **West Elgin Genealogical & Historical Committee**: Involved in genealogy and local history. 4. **Costumed Volunteer Interpreter**: Participate in museum and grounds interpretation. 5. **Heritage Garden Volunteer**: Assist with garden preparation and maintenance. 6. **Research Assistant**: Aid in research for future exhibits or local history.
