About This Opportunity
Depending on interest, experience, and organizational needs, volunteers may assist with:
• Greeting and directing spectators upon arrival
• Ticket sales and admissions support
• 50/50 ticket sales and fundraising activities
• Merchandise sales and inventory support
• Assisting with game-day setup and teardown
• Supporting community events and appearances
• Fan engagement and in-game promotions
• Photography and videography assistance
• Social media content creation and event coverage
• Sponsor and VIP hospitality support
• Data entry and administrative assistance
• Distributing promotional materials throughout the community
• Assisting staff with special events and team initiatives
• Providing general customer service and answering spectator questions
Time Commitment
• Flexible scheduling based on volunteer availability
• Opportunities available on game days, weekends, evenings, and special events
• Volunteers may choose to assist at individual events or throughout the season
Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum age of 14 years old
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable interacting with the public
• Interest in hockey or sports is an asset but not required
• Ability to stand and move around during events for extended periods when required
