Interested in joining an amazing community of artists and theatre enthusiasts, all while getting sweet perks and free show tickets? The Victoria Fringe Festival team is now looking for volunteers for the festival season, Aug 26 - Sep 6, 2026!
The Fringe Festival itself will kick off on August 26th and wrap up on September 6th. We are seeking volunteers for a few shifts before the festival, with most shifts occurring during Fringe. Shifts during Fringe include responsibilities such as selling tickets or buttons, distributing programmes, greeting guests, supporting FringeKids, acting as an usher at shows, assisting in the volunteer hub, and more!
For volunteering, you’ll receive:
- A complimentary 3-Show Volunteer Pass for every 4 shifts completed during the Festival
- Invitations to Artists’ Volunteer Appreciation shows
- Free pizza and snacks in the volunteer hub
- A Fringe Festival volunteer t-shirt to keep
The Victoria Fringe wouldn't be possible without our amazing team of 150+ volunteers. We have a broad range of roles to choose from; whether you’re a tablet whizz, a people person, a crafter or cyclist, there is a volunteer role for you.
