CAZA is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable volunteer French Translator to support our communications efforts. This role will help ensure our materials are accessible to both English and French-speaking audiences across Canada.

About This Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Translate English content into French (Canadian French preferred)
- Review and edit translated materials for accuracy, tone, and consistency
- Assist with translating a variety of materials, including: Website content, Newsletters and email communications, Social media posts, Reports and promotional materials, Ensure translations reflect CAZA’s professional voice and brand
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and French (written)
- Strong understanding of Canadian French nuances and terminology
- Experience in translation, communications, or a related field is an asset
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Interest in conservation, wildlife, or non-profit work is an asset
Time Commitment
- Flexible and project-based; estimated 2–5 hours per week depending on needs
