About This Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup and takedown (tables, chairs, materials, decorations)
- Welcome and check in families upon arrival
- Support and guide participants during the acrostic poem craft activity
- Help manage the photobooth area and assist with props
- Distribute gifts and materials to participants
- Provide general assistance and ensure a positive experience for families
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized event space
- Assist with post even clean up
