EarlyON Program Volunteer

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable volunteer who enjoys working with young children and families and can help create a warm, welcoming environment. This program welcomes children ages 0–6 and their caregivers to explore, learn, and connect through play in a safe and inclusive environment.

Schedule

Wednesdays, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Responsibilities include:

·     -  Assist with program set-up and clean-up

·       -Welcome families and help create a warm, inviting environment

·       -Engage with children and caregivers through play and conversation

·       -Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized space (including light cleaning and toy sanitization)

·       -Support program flow, including transitions and restocking materials

Qualifications

·       -Experience working with young children (0–6 years)

·       -Positive, respectful, and inclusive approach

·       -Reliable and able to work as part of a team

Requirements

·       Current Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC)
