Vancouver Region Educational Services (VRES) is looking for a Data Analyst Assistant Volunteer (Virtual) to help work with spreadsheets and large datasets, support team projects, and contribute to an organized and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work with spreadsheets and large datasets

• Contribute to assigned team projects

• Help foster a welcoming and inclusive work environment

• Submit assigned tasks and results on time

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 12

• Passionate about volunteering and open to learning new skills and software

• Interest in data analysis, spreadsheets, and organized record-keeping

• Comfortable working with large datasets and completing tasks accurately

• Complete training prior to start date

• Can commit to the shift schedule

Assets:

• Fluency/high proficiency in a language other than English

• Previous volunteer experience

• Experience using spreadsheets such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
