IJC offers meaningful volunteer roles through two restorative justice programs. Circles of Support and Accountability (CoSA) brings volunteers together to form small support circles around individuals re-entering the community after incarceration—helping them build accountability and belonging.
CoSA typically involves weekly or monthly meetings and a year-long commitment from volunteers. Through these roles, volunteers become part of compassionate networks that foster healing and safer communities.
