About This Opportunity
The Content Writer / Blogger draws on a perspective from the subjects our organization cares for: children's expression, developmental psychology, history, anthropology, arts education, and archival development.
The individual in this role is a curious life-long learner who will take time to read articles and scholarly reports to either summarize, quote, or refer to them for insuring accuracy of contents.
The volunteer writes short posts (500-1000 words) from a personal perspective, and is encourage to engage with readership and subscribers to the website.
The volunteer works under the supervision of another volunteer, and in collaboration with a team of social media volunteers.
The volunteer time is adaptable, but the organization requires a one year minimum commitment. One or two posts per month represents a minimum output.
