This role is perfect for individuals who love storytelling, graphics, and audiovisual design and want to contribute their creative skills to a meaningful cause.
As a Content Creator (Volunteer), you will be responsible for:
- Producing visual, audio and written content (graphics, videos, and photos) for THE YCDP Canada’s platforms.
- Ensuring all content reflects the organisation’s voice, tone, and visual identity.
- Collaborating with the Social Media Manager / Coordinator to align content with strategic goals and posting schedules.
- Adapting content formats to suit various platforms and audiences.
- Contributing creative ideas to strengthen storytelling and enhance digital presence.
Qualifications
Looking for candidates who have:
- Experience in graphic design, video editing, photography, or copywriting.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and visual or audiovisual storytelling skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work remotely online and manage time effectively.
Previous experience in nonprofit organizations, communications or digital campaigns is an asset.
