Community Manager (Volunteer)

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, fostering dialogue, and building positive digital communities.

As a Community Manager (Volunteer), you will be responsible for:

• Publishing content according to the posting calendar.
• Monitoring audience interactions and responding to comments and messages.
• Tracking engagement metrics and providing insights for improvement.
• Supporting a positive and consistent brand presence across all platforms.
• Collaborating with the Social Media Manager and Content Creator to ensure coherent communication.

Qualifications

Looking for candidates who have:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and community management tools.
• Ability to manage interactions professionally and with empathy.
• Good written English and attention to tone and clarity of comments and messages.
• Motivation to promote collaboration and positive engagement online.

Experience in community management or nonprofit communication is an advantage.
