Summary
The mission of the Halifax Helpers is to ensure that every student receives the necessary academic assistance to become confident learners. The Halifax Helpers organization offers free online tutoring and language sessions for elementary, junior high school, and high school students, along with their caregivers.
Co-Director of Fundraising Responsibilities:
- Locating and submitting grant applications
- Contacting prospective corporate sponsors
- Arranging and managing fundraising events for THH
- Collaborating with the director of social media to establish annual budgets and advertising strategies
- Writing an annual report and distributing it to donors
Skills:
- Strong organizational abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Hours:
- 1 - 2 Hours per week minimum, choose your own hours9
