Board Directors Habilitas Foundation

WITH HABILITAS FOUNDATION

Summary

The Board of Directors, composed of up to 15 members, holds oversight accountability for the foundation's mandate, fundraising, fiscal accountability, strategic direction, and governance oversight. Members may also act in advocacy capacities or as subject matter experts in various operating areas, contributing to philanthropic efforts and organizational impact.


Expectations:

Board members are expected to:

Attend 6-8 meetings annually, either in person or virtually.

Participate in events organized by the foundation.

Serve on at least one sub-committee.

Conduct themselves ethically, transparently, and respectfully.

Honour confidentiality agreements and treat all stakeholders with respect.
