Do you love dogs? We need you! CNIB Guide Dog boarding is a rewarding volunteer opportunity filled with unconditional love that changes many lives – including yours!
Volunteers are a critical part of our guide dog
program. Guide dogs are partners in mobility and independence for people
who are blind, Deafblind, or have low vision. By offering a safe and loving
home, volunteers are instrumental in nurturing and preparing young pups for
their future role as guide dogs.
With support from amazing CNIB Guide Dog
staff, you'll provide a temporary home for dogs that are a part of CNIB Guide
Dogs’ programs.
CNIB Guide Dogs covers the costs of all
veterinary care, equipment and dog food.
We offer short-term and long-term volunteer
opportunities.
Previous experience with dogs is not required.
If you’re eager to learn and want to help transform the
life of someone who is blind, the CNIB Guide Dogs team is here to provide you
