About This Opportunity
Appointment Desk answers the phone, returns calls, schedules appointments and registers new clients both over the phone and in person. Reception/switchboard experience is an asset. Previous customer service experience is a must.
Intake greets clients, verifies ID, updates the status of the appointment. Previous customer service is a must, with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Shopping Assistants greet clients and explain how the numbers work in the Food Bank, communicate any special offers that day and answer any questions. Must be outgoing, comfortable approaching clients and have experience with customer service.
