New Feature: Invite Volunteers to Your Opportunities

We’ve added a new feature that makes it easier to connect with volunteers who are a strong match for your opportunities. You can now invite individual volunteers to your roles directly from their public profiles!

Here’s how it works:

  1. Go to the Volunteers page and click See Details on any public volunteer profile
  2. Click the new Invite button
  3. Choose one of your active opportunities from the dropdown
  4. Enter your name and email, then click Send Invite
  5. The volunteer will receive an email letting them know they’ve been personally invited to your opportunity! 

This feature gives you a more proactive and personalized way to recruit. It’s ideal when you’re looking for a specific skill set, filling last-minute roles, or want to re-engage someone who hasn’t applied yet. Personalized invitations often lead to faster responses and more committed volunteers.

Log in now to explore volunteer profiles and start inviting the right people to your opportunities.
